In the ongoing battle against eczema and sensitive skin my latest baby beauty adventures led me to Child’s Farm. Discovering the dairy allergy and eliminating it from her diet admittedly took care of most of Daisy’s eczema problems but she has been left with slightly sensitive skin so I still exercise caution when it comes to beauty products. I also want to keep her super soft skin just that for as long as possible too so gentle products are all that’s on the list for now.
Clearly I am not the only fan of this brand, now readily available in supermarkets and already in Boots, the organic skin care label is perfect for all ages and has a newborn range as well as recently adding biodegradable wipes and sensitive scalp shampoo to their already significantly sizeable range.
It’s easy to appreciate why they are so lovely, these products are refreshing. While I’m a big lover of the traditional baby smelling products, they use lovely zingy scents such as strawberry, mint, tangerine and grapefruit and leave Daisy smelling just as fresh. Better still, the clever bods at Child’s Farm HQ offer bigger bottles and multi-tasking products too – ideal for a quick bath when you have an overtired toddler.
I recently bought the 3 in 1 Swim – a shampoo, conditioner and body wash in one which has been great for washing out chlorine after swimming and it’s multi-use capabilities have made it a must-have holiday item. Now if only they did an adult version – my luggage would be so much lighter…
